Brief Company Profile
Koresara Manufacturing, Testing and Automation Pvt. Ltd. founded in March 2021 as a start-up company. Koresara company received its startup recognition in May 2021 for being innovative products of Electro Magnetic Pulse Welding. Koresara has its strengths in design and development of electromagnetic pulse manufacturing equipment for electromagnetic pulse welding, electromagnetic forming, electromagnetic wire crimping, electromagnetic perforation, electrohydraulic forming and electromagnetic powder compaction processes.
Company also has expertise in developing and production of Friction Stir Welding, and Robotic MIG Welding and Laser Welding products and equipment.
Company is also active in developing various innovative automation solutions for battery cell manufacturing, robotic welding, form fill and seal machines, automatic bamboo cutting, mechanised material handling, automatic mechanical ventilator, automatic soap, sanitiser dispenser, automatic pedestal electric energy generation devices and other. Company is also active in testing of products with non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic phased array testing, ultrasonic thickness gauging, thermography imaging and ultrasonic flaw detection for automobile, biomedical implants ship and aerospace components. Company is offering training in various areas such as advanced welding, electromagnetic forming, welding and perforation, non-destructive testing, digital manufacturing, industry 4.0 and industrial automation.
